Procmon Steps:

1.       Download procmon

2.       Open procmon and click the magnifying glass (in the toolbar) or press "Crtl +E" to stop capturing events (the icon should have a red x over it)

a.       Two buttons down from the capturing icon for "Clear" click that or press "Ctrl + x" to delete all entries.

3.       Prep the environment and close down all applications that are not required for reproducing the issue.

4.       Once the environment is ready to reproduce the issue once again click the magnifying glass or press "Ctrl + E" to begin capturing events.

5.       Reproduce the issue

6.       After all steps to reproduce the issue are finished stop capturing events.

7.       Save the file as PML
