When the user downloads/export to a list or Excel file from the Teams application. Not opening in Excel file.

 When the user downloads/export to a list or Excel file from the Teams application. It is downloaded as query.iqy file, when the user opens the downloaded query.iqy file through Excel getting connection error.

or

User is not able to open the downloaded excel file

Issue is: 

Verify Teams and Excel applications both login with different account .

                1. Check user machine Excel file singin account and Teams application sigin account is the                          same or not

2. If not same open Excel file and right top corner click on switch account.

3. Sigin out from current account and sigin account with teams application account.

4. Click on Add account and enter Teams application sign-in account in Excel signin.

5. Both Teams application and Excel application both sign-in with same account.
