Not able to delete a user or group from Azure Active Directory?

I:  Not able to delete a user or group from Azure Active Directory?

      You need global administrator access, or you need user administrator access.

       Please find below the steps to get user administrator access from Azure.

       1.     log in to Azure Portal at portal.azure.com.

       2.    Search Azure AD Privileged Identity Management in the search bar.

       3.    Click on Azure AD Privileged Identity Management.

       4.    Click on My Roles on the left quick launch.

       5.    In Azure AD Roles, click on the "User Administrator Active button.

       6.    Provide a comment in the box, and click on "Save.

        7.    Go to the Azure Active Directory Portal, and you can delete users and groups.
